This week is Children's Mental Health Week, and the whole school took part in activities to promote positive mental health and wellbeing. We made birdfeeders, planted seeds, took part in a scavenger hunt, tidied the school grounds, and enjoyed some mindful colouring with a drink and a snack, all in the great outdoors.
It was a wonderful afternoon to feel the mental health benefits of being in nature, enjoying time with our friends and contributing positively to the world around us.
