Flood Renovation Update from Mrs Poole

I hope that this will be the last update I have to give you regarding the refurbishment of school. We are close to the end of the work and the last of the decorating is planned for the rest of this week. It is expected that all of school will reopen again after February half term.

While we are delighted that the building work is almost completed, there are still a good deal of resources that need to be replaced and this is what we will be concentrating on in the next few months. We will get there!

Once again, thank you all for the support and patience that you have shown since the flood. It has been a testing time but I continue to be amazed by the response of the school community, and beyond; the care and concern shown to us as a school has been a real encouragement when the going has been tough. However, I think that we would all agree that a flood is something we never want to deal with again!

I hope that you have a wonderful break over half term and I will send a newsletter out in at the beginning of the new term.

Yours sincerely

Caroline Poole
