We were joined every day for a week by Jo from the DCA, who led a daily sponsored skipping session.  The aim of the event was partially to raise funds, but also to raise awareness of the important role that carers play in families, and to highlight the support that can be given to young carers.  Over £100 was donated, a huge thank you to everyone who contributed, to Jo from the DCA, and to our wonderful skippers!
