Collective Worship
An act of Collective Worship takes place every day and is an important part of school life, making space for pupils and staff to come together and share in worship through learning, music, reflection and prayer. Our worship is inclusive and gives all of the school community the chance to be part of the experience, while respecting the integrity of family and cultural backgrounds.
The weekly pattern of collective worship looks like this:
Monday – Hymn practice
Tuesday - Christian Values through biblical stories - Headteacher & Worship Group
Wednesday - Collective Worship Led by Father Tony
Thursday - Picture News - Celebrating courageous advocacy and British Values.
Friday - Celebration Assembly
As part of our daily Collective Worship we come together as a school community and use the following powerpoint to help us to reflect, pray and give thanks to God. The prayer that we say together at the end of each Collective Worship was created by Year 6 pupils.
