We would like to express our enormous thanks to Bakewell Rotary Club, who via a grant to the PTFA, enabled us to buy a whittling kit for use in Forest School.  Did you know that here at Rowsley every child in every year group has a weekly Forest School session?  Forest School sessions are led by a qualified practitioner, and getting outdoors into nature is a wonderful boost to children's mental and physical health.  The whittling kit, which is specially designed for young hands, has enabled the children to undertake even more activities.  Thank you once again!
